Confirming Appointments

Once you have scheduled an appointment, an automatic confirmation will be sent to your email. If the Notary is not available at your preferred time, she will call you to reschedule an appointment. Please be advised that a government-issued photo identity card must be presented to Notary for Client verification purpose. If you are unable to attend meeting on the scheduled date and time, please inform us at least 03 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged on cancellation without notice or a notice less than 3 hours.

Virtual Meeting via Video Call

We understand and respect how busy life you have. If you either don't live in Ottawa or you are unable to make an appointment in-person or walk in our office because of any reason, we can schedule virtual appointment by using Google Meet or MS Team. Please consult an instruction for online commissioning service here. Please be advised that an online service is only applied to commissioning of Oath or Declaration.
