Identify Document Category

You may want to check whether your (international) document shall be commissioned or notarized. Many legal documents can be sworn, affirmed or declared before a Commissioner of Oaths. If the document itself is going to be used outside the jurisdiction, especially internationally, you will likely need to swear or declare before a Notary.

Preparing number of copies for your need

Please be advised that Notary Public will keep one (01) copy of your document for our record. If you are unsure about how many copies you will need for your matter, please give us a call. We can provide you an extra copy with a small fee.

Book appointment

You are welcome to walk-in, call for mobile notary service, or book a virtual appointment with us. Kindly check our opening hours before visiting us. We don't charge for booking appointment but we will charge $30 for cancellation without or less than 03-hour notice.

Processing

It will take you less than 15 minutes to complete your notary service. For a Notary Public to notarize your signature, you must sign it in the physical presence of the Notary. Generally speaking, it is best to wait until the Notary tells you that you can sign, as you may need to swear an oath first, for example. You simply sign the document again in front of the Notary.

Payment

We accept almost payment methods via Debit, Credit, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay as long as it is convenience for you. An invoice will be sent to you shortly together with your receipt of payment. We appreciate your trust and wish to continue serving you in the future.
